First, you will need a phone that supports Handheld Device Markup Language (HDML) and a phone service provider that allows you access. Secondly, you will need to register your phone. Lastly, bookmark the address given at the end of the registration process.

It stands for Handheld Device Markup Language (HDML) and it allows you to access and interact with information from various mobile devices including phones.
How do I know if my mobile phone will support HDML?
Check with your phone service provider.
