Can I access hotel information on any Palm device?

You can only access our application from a PalmTM OS device that supports web clipping applications.

I've installed and downloaded the application, but I can't get it to work. Can you help me?

Why am I unable to make reservations?

You must be a Priority Club® Rewards member and have a credit card number in your member profile to make reservations. To join Priority Club® at no cost, click here. To add a credit card number, click here.


Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We do not transmit your personal information across the web. We keep your information securely on our servers. Your member number and PIN is transmitted using industry standard secure server technology.

What countries can the service be accessed from?

At this time, only devices in the United States or Canada can access the service.
